Totally agree with you on YT comments. You know i - UNFORTUNATELY - don't care much about X Japan, but the way people speak about the band tells me they're venting their frustration and anger with stuff :-/ I've seen so much of this attitude that i stopped taking YT commentators for serious.

Hide looks so... mild on this vid, and gentle, it's very sad and cute at the same time.

Yes I think you just CAN'T take a lot of YT commentators for serious or you get frustrated yourself ;).
Fortunately I only got to know reasonable X Japan fans online through a rather new forum. Their main point is exchanging info, pics, translations and so on, but they don't discuss the usual absurdities I've heard of in relation to X Japan.
Like people hating(!) SUGIZO because he "took hide's place" *rollseyes* or who holds hide's memory in a more "worthy" way *puke*, his brother Hiroshi or Yoshiki and the like. It is such a STUPID and USELESS discussion. You know, that some fans even feel entitled to compare the behavior of a brother and a friend and bandmate and think they have the right to judge who holds the memory of a dead person "better". It's so absurd, really ( ... )

This is just sick - discussing stuff like that D: It's so horribly unethical that although i generally try not to judge people based on what they say about some artists and similar stuff, i'd definitely stop communicating with those who discuss such issue :-/

I'm glad you found such an excellent forum ^_^
