I dunno why people always pick dogs OR cats. I spent my childhood and young adulthood beloved of both a dog and a cat, and I miss and love them both. I am a both person truly. It has always amused me how adamant people are in one camp or the other as there are pros and cons to both. If I HAD to pick I would pick a dog, but honestly I wouldn't want to have to pick.
