Usually when a wrestler dies, its sad, but I quickly move on. Several have died tragically over the last couple of years, and it was usually self inflicted. But to find out that Benoit was murdered in his home with his wife and 7 year old son was too much. Maybe its because I'm a father now, but this one really shook me up. Watching other

Well, how ironic is this. Looks like it was a murder suicide and Benoit did it all himself. Possible "roid rage." The wife and son were strangled and Benoit hung himself. Holy cow.
