waaa! this is my FIRST TIME seeing how to actually make omellete rice! I have been wondering how they get to that shape/consistency and stuff so this is much ♥ really. thank you for sharing!

Chicken rice and omuraisu are two traditional "homecooked" favorites, so I think they're just combining them here. Feel free to leave the chicken out and just put in whatever you want! ^_^ Let me know if it's good!

hmmm...I always thought that the omelette enveloped the rice and not just neatly unfolded on top of it...would i be courting disaster if i tried to make a pocket out of the omelette and put the rice inside it and then flip the pocket on top of its seam?! haha
