I don't have anything to say about the Hunger Games. I have a lot to say about the Sounders though.

I thought you might! I wasn't paying a ton of attention to the game tbh but I was so so impressed with the atmosphere and the fans! it made me wish I could go to a game or two...

I can only imagine! and to be honest, it was a fun game to watch too. It would have been better if my bro Sounders friend had been there, though, since he gets so into it that I get really into it.

yeah I was kind of bummed they took out those characters and shortened some of the sequences from the book but then I was like I UNDERSTAND that they needed to do it to put other amazing stuff in. like the gamemaker. and just like. OH MY GOD ALL OF IT.

it was so good. I cried for like ten minutes when I was watching it.

2. that movie is literally one of the best book adaptation movies i have ever seen.

1. i am shipping it SO HARD but katniss is so whiny and indecisive in parts of the 2nd book that i just want to slap her! PEETA IS SO GOOD FOR YOU, WOMAN!!!!!!!

2. i actually thought the movie was better than the book? i mean, i am really enthralled and sucked in and will continue reading, but the writing is nothing special, whereas the movie was so special. idk.

4. i am kind of in love with finnick. and i do love haymitch too. i thought he was particularly well-cast.
