If you're in Massachusetts, vote NO on question 1!!!  This is really really important.

Also, if you're in America, vote for Obama.

State income tax repeal? Hmmm... our single proposition that we had to vote on was a relatively inconsequential thing about how veterans receive extra points for being on disability when applying to government jobs. Or something.

Anyway, I voted for Obama! I got there about a 30 minutes early and was out by 6:30-ish. How was it for you?

We had TWO surprise questions!! They were both nonbinding. One called for... something about helping out people who don't have health insurance. The other on was about saving the environment, I think.

What, I didn't have ANY surprise questions. But I was surprised at how low-tech the voting booths were.

YAY voting! That was my first election. Fingers crossed! (I'm really worried about question 1...I'm worried lots of people will vote yes for it without thinking through the consequences.)

Done, on both counts. Too much listening to the Greenfield radio to vote anything but no on 1.
