We all fell in love with House/Cam and major part of this ship is based on the chemistry between the two. And just like JMo once said, Hugh plays with a lot of feeling. Big reason for why believe in House/Cam is because we SEE House care. The chemistry in his looks is undeniable and the eye!sex is just amazing.

wow I never relised there wa so many different ways he looked at her! I knew he felt something, (not quite sure what) but I know believe that MAYBE he DOES love her!?

He has definitely always felt something special towards her...like HL said "He likes her"..and I am sure it could have been love if he'd give it a try, but he has always repressed his feelings. The only way he showed them sometimes was through his expressions when he talked to her, softness in his voice..and he let her win quite a lot early in the day...and as proven by Frozen, she can still beat him :)))hehe...House/Cam are amazing because they are no obvious, they are often awkward but there was something there from the beginning :)
