I always thought they were the same person. Pictures of Larisa Oleynik (Time for Dancing, 10 things I hate about you) and Cari Mulligan (Northanger Abbey, Doctor Who). Don't they just look the same????

Wow...they do look similar...especially in those pictures. Oleynik is from California (and also 4 years older) according to her IMDb page while Mulligan is from England...but I guess it's true when people say everyone has a doppleganger somewhere. Clearly Mulligan is Oleynik's. :)

Well...I've seen Oleynik in 10 Things I Hate About You... Other than that, no, I haven't seen anything they've done.

Also, Larisa was in a movie called "A Time for Dancing" with the actress that's on your icon, they played best friends and they danced ballet. You should check it out.

I used to watch Oleynik's show before, Alex Mack. And yeah they look alike alright :)

but i think mulligan's prettier :)

I agree that Milligan is prettier now then Oleynik was then, but lets see when Cari gets older what she'll look like )))

It's just their eyes lips and smiles look almost identical. Cari's cheekbones are just more pronounced.
