3.0 oz Banana Liqueur
2.0 tsp Crushed Pineapple
5.0 oz Pineapple Juice
1.5 oz Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Rum

Rum and Tequilla are my favourite spirits follow by absinthe, raki... and generally any anise flavoured liqour, yup fennel is my favourite vegetable.

Although Cap'n crunch is essentially a pina collada with banana liqour let me know how both turn out, I'm intrigued o_o ...also my mother got a blender so crushed ice drinks are a plus during summer, currently going through a brain freeze from frozen margharitta x.x
