Last night I went to Jim's, said our goodbyes. Steven and Josh left way early so I was alone and mingled.

Here's my recipe for muffiny eggless cookies. I made it today.

Heat the oven to 375 or so. My oven is broken so I stayed around 350. Any higher than 375 and their little bottoms will toast.

Put all this in a large mixing bowl:
