Thanks mom
For WEEKS I've told her that the twins have a 2 PM appointment today for more testing so they can get into pre-school. They were accepted but on the condition that more testing was to be done before full acceptance. This morning I told her again that she needed to watch my eldest son in order for me to take the twins to the school for more testing. Mom asked my hubby about it this morning and he too told her. This morning at around 10 AM she said she wanted to go play the 10 AM bingo. No big deal I thought since it ends at noon and she'd be home no later then 12:15 PM maybe 12:20PM. Well by 12:38 PM I knew she wasn't going to be home for me to get ready to take the twins. I have the twins dressed and ready to go but I'm not since I spent the morning cleaning and then getting them dressed so I'm in need of a shower.
Here it is 1:02 PM and she's still not home which confirms my suspicions that she is at bingo again. Bitch. I have no one else to watch my eldest boy. I have no one else to watch the twins while I get take a shower and get dressed. I CAN'T even go to the bathroom to pee when those two are awake because they are such little monkeys that they'll be climbing on something while I'm in the bathroom. Even if I was dressed and ready to go and I'd drop the eldest off at our store for the hubby to watch, I can't leave the girls alone. They'll be home between 2:45 PM and 3:15 PM and "noon" bingo doesn't end until 3:30 PM. They don't have keys to the house and would be locked out anywhere from 45 minutes (for the eldest) to 15 minutes (for the other two).
Thanks mom. You ruined the twins chance to get into pre-school because while they were accepted into school it was on the condition of the final test which they now can't take until NEXT year. The bitch says she loves her grandchildren. BULLSHIT. She only loves her greedy ass self and is still pissed off because we refused to give her money for bingo last night. Sorry, but why are we going to give her money to waste at bingo? She hasn't won anything more then $25 in over THREE years at bingo. No fucking way we're giving her $100 a night so she can return with a winning of $25 which she'll pocket for herself.
I'm so pissed off at her right now. Yes, they're not her kids or responsibility but when she agreed to watch the eldest boy so I can take the twins to something that is important for their lives, and yes it's a special preschool that the eldest boy went because he doesn't talk. I don't want the twins, who were premees, to have any setbacks in their lives like their brother and two sisters have. Apparently what the older two girls and the eldest boy have are similar conditions (at different degrees) coming from the hubby's side of the family and if we can't prevent the twins from having those setbacks then I'll do my damnedest to get them into a program to help them. Oops, I forgot, I'll have to pay her $100 to watch the kids which I won't pay since she doesn't pay for rent, food, gas or anything around here. She doesn't buy her clothes, I buy them for her or give her the money to because she's "retired" but doesn't want social security because "they'll deduct a lot of money so it's not worth it".
