i like the last pattern. well, everything you draw is fragile and detailed, that's what makes your style. tell him too fucking bad, his preference of style is purely opinion and you're not changing it to suit one person's interest when this is the way you've been drawing for years.

that's pretty much what we've all been tellig him the whole term....'cept more eloquently

he's like, NOW WHY DOES EVERYONE'S SERIS OF DESIGNS LOOK THE SAME?
and I was like, "bcause we all ahve our own stlye"
and he was like, "NO, IF YOU'RE A REALLY GO ARTIST YOU VAN MAKE THEM ALL LOOK DIFFERENT

and then he goes on about things that are beautiful and waht is beautiful to him.. an dthis other girl is like, "but isnt' ech person' perception of beauty going to be different?" and he was like, "NO" and stared at her and gave this completely horrible comparison between educated people and hoboes onthe street and how they can't possibly tell if something's beautiful like an educated person..
and I'm like... that's a horrible comparison that proves nothing, they might just appreciate beauty more than you, dickwad (I think to myself) and then he sees me making this face and he's like, YOU DON'T SEEM HAPPY
and I smile and tihnk, "no shit, sherlock"

well stand up for yourself. you only have like a few weeks left, and if the whole class is thinking it anyway might as well say it... it's a childish thing to say anyway. people who have the most profound perception of beauty are the people who have been through a lot, and can still find things that make life worth living. not some douchebag in a university who preaches about eloquence through what he's learned and not from experience. you know i'm pretty sure the greatest artists of our time are the people with issues, or poor, or whatever. van gogh cut off his ear, what more proof do you need?

sorry poop :( i HATE when people think they know shit about art
