Heya, this is Nate and I was hoping that I could get you to help me with something... We are moving out of those appartments and I was hoping we could get together long enough to get you to sign an intent to vacate notice. It would be in everyones best interest to get it done as anyone left on the current lease could be held liable for the appartment we are leaving. Rob no longer lives here so there won't be any drama, and besides, you were cool to hang out with and I wouldn't mind talking to you again. We have to get the paperwork signed and stuff by the tenth, we just got the info today...
