Every so often CNU opens up a job to a current employee and they have to advertise it through the staff email. This is one of the more interesting job postings I've seen:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares necessary food items for the salad bar. Completes a daily and monthly inventory and orders fruit, vegetables, and cold meats for salad department. Develops and maintains positive work habits to include reliability, dependability and punctuality. Prepares salad food items and ensures appropriate quantities by following standard recipes. Setup and maintains salad area. Ensures salad area is sanitized and cleaned according to regulatory agencies. Plans for timely and proper use of any leftover items to minimize waste.
Maintains inventory records and par stock of salad food items. Orders salad food items as required. Reviews menu requirements and job assignments when necessary to coordinate the production of all menu items. Develops and maintains positive working relationships with all dining service constituents. Position will be exposed to temperature extremes and dangerous equipment, tools and machinery. Position will be exposed to slippery footing and congested work areas. Performs other duties as assigned to include but not limited to line serving and cleaning.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
High school graduate or equivalent. Demonstrated basic math skills.
Knowledge of all types of cooking methods. Experience reading and converting recipes. Knowledge of all kitchen equipment. Must have service sanitation certification.
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:
Experience at a university or college. Strong supervisory skills and high volume production experience.
