yogurt is good. just think of it this way: don't go down the aisles of most grocery stores (you know where they have all the pre packaged stuff), stick to the sides and back with all the healthy natural stuff. makes shopping quicker, a lil cheaper, and much healthier.
Lean pockets have gotten really good (especially since they added a chicken quesidilla variety). They're quick and low calorie. And one neat idea I learned when my jaw was broken was to make some Cambell's condenced soup and add cous cous, that way the soup has substance and the cous cous has flavor. On meats, start looking at lean ham and turkey (I would add fish here too, save the request that it be easy to prepare) For snacks pickles, lite cottage cheese, and fruit (fruit is a very underrated snack, you can go to Tweeter and get a package of rasberries, blackberries, kiwis, whatever, and that can get you through an entire day). And Anthony's right, yogurt is a good get too. Hope that helps.
ooooooh.... lean pockets. when i have a microwave i'll be all about some of that. and i've seen cous cous, but i don't really know exactly what it is or what it tastes like. can you educate me?
Me, too! You saw that damn picture of me from that gig. I looked like a baby house. I think that I looked heavier in that particular picture than I really do, and I think that's the same for you and your pics. Exercise! We'll shall climb!
First, while it's good to watch what you eat, you're not a fattie, dear. Second, camera lenses do strange things to people's images, self and otherwise. I used to think I was the ugliest duckling in the litter based on what I always saw in my pictures until I noticed that none of my friends' pictures really seemed to capture their faces and physiques accurately, either. (It took me so long to notice 'cause I would always observe my friends' moods and behaviors in each image, but when it came to pictures of me, I would always obsess over my apparent physical flaws.)
As for recommendations, sushi and exercise. I can help with the sushi on occasion.

And by the way, exactly how large is a baby house? Would that be larger or smaller than a dog house? Shed or garage sized perhaps?
