Kelsey has been past the stage of kiddie valentines for a while, but I thought they had envelopes. Maybe they didn't and I'm remembering my own.

Valentine observations for children has suffered in quality the past couple decades, that's for sure.

They had envelopes a few years ago, last time I bought them. Maybe it was just WalMart's supplier that doesn't do them. I'll have a look at Target and see what they've got.
