I knew there was a reason to live aside from cigarettes and music.

I dislike 13. Bisexual, transsexual, asexual-- I don't care. I dislike her. She's a Cameron cut-out: flirty with House, oh the patients are her heart, House tricked her into a test to see if she has a life-threatening disease.Except 13 isn't afraid to snap out in anger at people when she's displeased. A skill Cameron didn't learn until season ( Read more... )

IDK, I don't like the forced ~*~mysteriousness~*~ of her, but I find her to be different to Cameron. Sure, they've got miserable pasts, but so do House and Chase and Foreman and Taub.

Not so much that the rest of them don't have a miserable past, but said miserable past has pretty much shaped the same person. She just reminds me so much of Cameron, right down to the House-young-tart sexual tension even.

It's just wearying and pointless. At least Amber had a different flavor, for a female, altogether than having another soft-hearted female that watches House with smoky eyes.

Kind of old, y'know?

Still... Cockburn. *tee-hees all the way home*

I'm gonna hold out for a girl-on-girl pash here.

Still, I seem to be in the unpopular opinion when I say I like Taub. What can I say, balding plastic surgeons get me hot.

Y'know, I don't mind Taub. He's quirky in a big-nosed Jewish way. I dunno; he's kind of Monk-ish to me and doesn't bother me.

I am more fond of Kutner, though-- just because sci-fi/fantasy geeks draw me in on a tractor beam at max power, baby.

While she isn't Cameron...she kind of is. OK, yeah, subtle difference in their personalities, but she's filling the Cameron role. And while, yeah, she's supposed to be all "mysterious," knowing nothing about her doesn't really make me care. At least she's nice to look at. And oh, not dating Wilson. That too.

Yeah, to me she really is just a Cameron cardboard cut-out; with even less personality. Though, true, we didn't get much Cameron backstory aside from 'hey, dead husband on my been-there list' but still.

I think it's my loyalties-- despite Cameron never being a favorite of mine-- to the old crew that bring out my aggressiveness toward 13. Especially with her, like you said, not giving us anything to care about.

I guess Greg's not the only one averse to change.

Heh. There's always the 'at least she's not in Wilson's sweatshirt' defense, I suppose. ^_~

BTB: is it all right that I friend you? Seeing as how you've come around suddenly, but I like it.

You know, I probably started watching House casually in the second season...and only recently went back and Netflix-ed everything and got pretty into it. So I saw the beginnings of the 4th season before re-watching everything and thought, oh, this is a good idea, fresh blood. I didn't really think Cameron, Chase and Foreman were really necessary and that shaking it up was a good thing. Now I go, oh wait, I was much more interested in those guys than these random new people. Once they got through their contest and we got stuck with 3 new people...I kind of realized I wasn't so much thrilled with the idea.

Sure, go ahead, friend me. You'll uh, be the first one. I don't post on my own page or anything...hell, I just recently shifted up from lurking around to commenting. Baby steps! I'm so very flattered ;p
