Work has been kicking my ass lately. So busy. All day. Every day. There is no down time within the day to get caught up on anything. It's totally burning me out. The whole rinse-repeat motion of each day makes for a quick blur between days, then weeks. Blah.

Are you guys having a rate rally up there, too? It's ramping up at work and I'm missing the brief week or two when things slowed down. I hope you get some down time soon!

Not sure if the rates are low right now. August is always crazy busy for real estate. The 31st will be a killer for sure. WTF is with people buying houses in August. I've never understood it.
