B and D can not both be true, so either Lefty killed me or Muscles.
Either A or D must be true (either Lefty killed me or not)
If A is true, then B is true as well, therefore A must not be true.
Therefore:
A--False: Lefty didn't kill me
B--False: Muscles didn't not kill me
C--False: Muscles wasn't shooting craps (he was killing me)
D--True: Lefty didn't kill me
Which just goes to show... Murderers aren't liars.
