Day 1

So today was my first day of my diet, and so far so good. Lots of water and fruits, helped keep my energy up and since i spend most of the time on my feet at work. I did not have to push myself as much when doing my excercises. Going to bed early also helps avoid the "eating family"LOL!!!. Still have no plan what to eat tomorrow but will wait and

I'm going to judge my progress in our size 8 challenge with jeans I think. I tried on a few pairs at the department store yesterday in different brands. I got into all the 10s, but just barely, they didn't look good. Were stretched across my fat hips... I think in 15 or 20 more pounds I could fit comfortably into an 8. How are you doing hun? - Love, Linds
