Yes, just like that. But, in some ways, it might be more practical to at least keep my old last name, plus the government might not accept "O." as a last name.

I miss working with my boss so much. When I went to see "Hotel Rwanda" again this afternoon, I kept thinking how my boss could've also done what the hero of the film did and as well as the hero did it.
