OOC Prompt: Bard: Into thin air
The Nexus had brought so many kind faces, over time. Not all had remained, and many times he thought of the ones that seemed to have vanished. There was a girl named Eva, lost somewhere to the chaos of the place. Miss Trüble had been killed before her eyes and even the brief visitation from her ghost was not consolation, and on some nights he wondered after her daughter. He would not dare to seek out the spirit to ask, but the thought that Miss Jaqi might be around yet haunted him. They had gone, lost to the multiverse, and if he saw them again it would be a great surprise. For the time being, he lit a candle for each of them, and watched the smoke rise and disperse on the air.
