Reading about the London bombings this morning left me aghast..

..then after work I come home to read about the Egyptian envoy that was kidnapped and killed...

I feel so helpless..

Can I do anything??? What the fuck can I do.... Look around....Look...around...

....

..and confused...

There is not much you can do.

Just pray to God that the families are alright and that healing for the city and those that got hurt will be complete.

Never underestimate the power of faith and prayer.
