Piccolo, it sounds an awful lot like you were holding back to me!

I hope we get to fight! And even if we don't you have to come over sometime to spar!

I was holding back some, my training was mostly concnetrated on being more powerful normally than powered up on ki, so as far as using my ki, yeah I held myself back Goku, but otherwise, I didn't really hold myself back that much. Oh, and I think we shall definately have to spar sometime.
