Goodness, I love your prose. Every word written is not unnecessary, and I also love that I don't ever go: OH COME ON ALREADY for the climax/end.

Guh. This is wonderful! The whole buildup was fantastic with them both being back at school and having difficulty coping, but finding comfort with each other.
