Great Customer Service

It sounds like an oxymoron but it happens once in a while.

When we moved down to Texas, mollidog picked up AT&T U-verse. Now the technology is great and all but the best part is the customer service.

The installer was on-time and worked all day on the solution for our home and it was pretty complicated. There was just one outstanding item when he left

I've had pretty good service with comcast over the years.

Then of course there is Qwest who just want to charge you for everything and give you crappy service on top of that.

You had better luck with Comcast that I have had. Every time I called I received the attitude that I should feel grateful that I have anything at all.

Ive dealt with them quite a few times over the years with thru work.
