CHARACTER ANALYSIS MEME

❦ BASIC STATISTICS
Name:
Age: 18
Distinguishing/Hidden features: none

Style: casual awesome. (Seriously, though, Ron puts little to no thought into his daily outfit, but it's very comfortable!)

Greatest flaw: probably his paranoia. He can turn anything and everything into self-induced Nightmare/Paranoia Fuel.

Best quality: in times of need, he really comes through. It doesn't matter that he can't fight, isn't strong, and has to jump off a plane miles in the sky--he's brave enough to jump in headfirst into anything for people he cares about.

❦ BACKGROUND
Character's Financial/Social Situation: Uhhhh...? He still lives with his parents, who seem to be well-off. Aaaaand he's pretty much ruined the social order: he's still a total loser, but he's also one of The Jocks, so...

Educational Background: high school. Where he barely passes and/or fails most classes.

Family & Relationships: The only biological Stoppable child. He is closest to Hana, his adopted baby sister, and loves her like whoa. Ron and his parents seem to be okay with each other, but they do seem rather distant.

Character's Spiritual/Religious Beliefs: He's a paradoxical Jew. He had a bar mitzvah, but he doesn't keep kosher, and...basically the only sign we have that he IS Jewish is that he had a bar mitzvah.

❦ EMOTIONAL/MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS
Any Mental Illnesses? NONE OFFICIALLY, but his mind works in strange, strange ways...I keep saying it, but I really do think Ron is a character who consists of nothing but paradoxes. (Paradoxi? Paradoces? I don't even know.)

How does Character see himself/herself? One of the paradoxes. IIIIII...think that Ron is pretty lacking in self-esteem. Might have to do with the fact that he hangs around Kim Possible all the time--not like he resents her, but next to her...well. But it seems that when he's given reason to believe that there's something special about him (like The Ron Factor, among other things), his ego and confidence will grow exponentially.

How does Character believe he/she is perceived by others? UHHHHHHH...well, he knows that most others think lowly of him (mostly because they CONSTANTLY SAY SO), but it never seems to bother him. Ron doesn't seem to care about anyone's opinion but those who really matter to him.

How would others describe your Character? Bumbling. Buffoon. Idiot. Doesn't Get It. Loser. (This is the general public I mean, not people like Kim and what have you)

What is the spine of your character? Ron is...selectively brave. Another paradox. Despite being nowhere near as physically skilled as Kim in any respect, he still seems to be fairly okay with skydiving, rock climbing, snowboarding at dangerous speeds while dismantling bombs...and yet he is utterly terrified of monkeys and just about anything else mundane. Even then, though, he usually can muster up the courage to get over his fears long enough to overcome whatever obstacle he's got in front of him. Oh, and he is extremely calm in the face of ridiculously dangerous situations. (Maybe because, being the paranoid person he is, he's already considered the possibility of these things happening to him?)

What is the mental process of your character? WHY ARE YOU--I CAN'T EVEN--THIS IS THE WORST QUESTION EVER. You suck, Naima. Umm...he lacks common sense, I think. Not entirely, but in many situations, it's clear that some of the things he says are impossible (public secret ninja school, anyone?), and he often interprets statements incorrectly or points out the nonsensicalness (nonsensicality?) of them. He's often considered stupid, but I think this miiiight be because he constructs a theory so quickly in his head before he even knows the whole story that he believes strongly in, to the point that any evidence against it will be shot down. He is also, in his own words, "big picture", and often doesn't consider or comprehend the tinier details.

What would most embarrass this character? Oh, gosh. Um. I don't even... I...honestly have no idea. Ron doesn't really get that embarrassed...the worst I can think of is his pants falling down, and at worst that's a minor inconvenience.

What does the character want out of life? Hmmm...I think this would have to be no regrets. He'd like knowing that he's put in all his effort doing whatever he could, even if it ends in failure. Not feeling insecure about his decisions enough that he thinks "what if I did this instead" later on down the line.

What would the character like to change in his/her life? His summer at Camp Wannaweep. Without a doubt.

What motivates this character? Hmmm...I think happiness and The Right Thing (but not as a big kind of IN THE NAME OF JUSTICE AND THE AMERICAN WAY type, more in the "if I don't do this imagine how bad it could be" way). I also think happiness splits in two categories--happiness for himself, and happiness for the people he cares about. Because yes, he does impulsively do things to satisfy himself sometimes, but he has made sacrifices in the past if it means making someone he cares about happier.

What frightens this character? Monkeys. Deathtraps. Homework. But mostly monkeys.

What makes this character happy? Bueno Nacho. Also routine--he wants things to always stay as the way they currently are, and can't stand change, even if it might make things better. On a mushier-gushier note, Kim.

❦ FAVORITE
Food: Bueno Nacho. Period.
Color: oooh...um....I get the feeling he'd like a subdued shade of blue, or something subdued.
Season of the year: Fall. Sure, it means going back to school, but HOW CAN YOU EXPECT HIM TO RESIST THOSE LEAF PILES?
Movie: FISTS OF STEEEEEEEEL or something like that. It's canon!
TV Show: AGONY COUNTY. guilty pleasure foreverrrrr Also canon! Kinda.

❦ STATEMENTS
I believe when we die, we: get buried. Or cremated. Or launched into outer space, if that's your thing.
The greatest thing one person can do for another is: let them know you've got their back.
The ugliest thing I ever saw was: Doctor Dementor in a dress. Was that really necessary?!
The most beautiful thing I ever saw was: Kim. Or--wait. If this is in the past tense, then does that mean the most beautiful thing has to be dead already? Because then it is definitely not Kim!
I am superstitious about: the lucky booth in Bueno Nacho. If I do not sit there, catastrophe will happen! I've never sat in any booth except the lucky booth, and the world is still in working order! See my point?
