I watched this fucking anime called "True Tears" because somebody recommended this to me because I was in the mood for BAWWW worthy anime that time. Since I know that person has better taste on anime than me, I decided to give it a go. Oh man, all I thought was:
Synopsis:
Shinichiro is a student living in what would be a dream come true for most high school boys, but for him is mostly a frustration. A well liked girl in school named Hiromi has lived in his house for a year along with his family. Her father was a close friend of the family, and when he died they immediately took her in. She is popular and well liked, always smiles, is talented in sports- but Shinichiro knows there must be tears inside her. Having an artistic tendency, he makes watercolours of her and thinks about wishing to ease her tears. Yet he cannot bring up the nerve to talk to her even in his own home. She, too, is quiet and withdrawn in their house, quite unlike at school. Shinichiro is also distracted by teasing from his friend Nobuse for watching Hiromi from afar, a curse of bad luck from a strange girl named Noe, and being forced to perform Muhiga dancing. By helping Noe he hopes to ease his own problems, yet he seems to have difficulty helping himself.

Will I freaking summarize it? Okay maybe later, but first let's take a peek on our main characters:
(From L to R: Shin'chiro, Noe, Hiromi, Aiko, Miyokichi)
Characters:
Sadly, for me. I find the main character VERY VERY WEAK! Oh god, many agreed with me when I said he was a douche bag in my
plurk.
Nakagami Shinichiro is your typical weak dumbass harem lead, okay not really harem, but the 3 girls like him. Nuff said, he ain't worth my time anyway :D!
Noe Isurugi, on the other hand, is x1000% than our male protagonist. She is a weird, (semi-autistic) girl which IMO, has a different view on her surrounding. She has this fixation with skies and chicken, which is awesome by the way. Enough of the silly side, but what I like about her the most is that she really is aware on what's going on around her despite her apathetic facade. Her dialogues are so quotable and just heartwarming ;_;. She also knows when to give up a fight that she know she'll not win. Plus, her roach song is just for the win, and fuck you douchebag for singing it at the last episode >_>. To sum it up, I got through this series thanks to her.
Hiromi Yuasa. To put it short, she's your average indecisive, green-eyed monster bitch who acts all "OH I DON'T FUCKING CARE ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS" to Douche Bag but gets oh-so jealous when Noe entered the scene. SLUTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. I hate her ^^; And I will stop now before I talk like an uncivilized person.
Aiko Andou, is neither likable or hate-able. I just find her stupid for her unrequited love. She kept pursuing douchebag when she has a great guy who's willing to do anything for her and has dedicated his love for her. Her inability to accept that douchebag will never look at her, got me annoyed but still Hiromi won the crown. At least at the end, she was able to move on and welcome the better guy. So good work there girl.
Miyokichi Nobuse is a fucking bro in this series. Despite the fact that he knows that the girl he loves likes his best friend, he didn't let it be a reason to ruin their friendship. WHAT A GREAT GUY! Instead of blaming douchebag for the reason of their break-up, he man up and still tried to pursue the girl and taught her how to love him back. YEAH, this is what male protagonists should be >_>.
Lastly, we have
Jun Isurugi. Now this guy will make a good brother (minus the incest thingy which I actually don't mind cause he's the hottest character here). He gave up his love for his sister so she can be happy. He ain't a selfish dick that cares about what he has to lose just so he can make his most important person feel blissful. I know it was wrong to manipulate the situation but I can't blame him.
This review/rage post was supposed to be written yesterday but.... Anyway, please visit
