LJ will not let me see a post on my friend's feed that is older than 2 weeks.

That is HIGHLY annoying.

I have been putting serious consideration into coming back to LJ...

But maybe I won't be. This place is a ghost-town.

As I told someone else recently, it does depress me a bit to peek in here every so often and compare it to how I remembered it from like ten years ago... that being said, I still think it's a great place to bookmark your life status. I have too much crap these days on Facebook and Twitter is mostly pointless for anything other than discussing something relevant to that particular instance in time. But Livejournal has a more timeless longlasting feel to it, I can go back to some old posts of mine and load up some memories I'd thought forgotten. The problem of course is that I'm not writing here enough for that to be viable these days... but I'm not going to give up on trying just yet.
