Auroras were spotted as far south as Texas during last week's storms.
What?? Does that mean there were auroras here in Georgia?? Probably not, but still, if I missed it, I'd be sad.
The sun is preparing to go supernova on us. lol.

haha...actually, there were!
you're just like me & totally screwed over by light-pollution.
i was reading up on this a little bit more - they've rated it as an X28...the old scale maxed out at 20!
