Just caught up with the story. I don't usually read wip's, but I couldn't resist taking a peek at a story with my two favorite pairings. I absolutely love the world you're building, the detailed and nuanced characterizations and the slow, burning build of relationships. I see that you've billed this as A/A, but I have to confess that I'm totally falling in love with your R/A. *warm fuzzies*

It is indeed, a slow burn. I think I'm going to make some of the burn appear next chapter.

And yes, it will end up A/A in the end. Because they're adorable together. Not to say I don't have a weak spot for R/A at the moment...

I do love A/A. They were my first love in this fandom. There's something about R/A that just grabs me though - the psychology of their attraction to each other. Also, they're as opposite as A/A with the whole student/suit thing, so obviously that's a common theme that I think draws A/A readers their way. I just wish there was more R/A fic out there where it actually works out! He's severely underwritten and oftimes gets the short end of the stick. *pats him*

Erm, I am not sure about the ending. But you know, angst for everyone. I'm going to stop picking on Arthur on the moment, and maybe give some Robert some angst in the next chapter.

I just watched Inception again, so it was a pleasant surprise to see an update to this story. Really like how you've developed the relationship between Ariadne and Robert. Her drawing comparisons between Robert and Arthur was so appropriately accurate.

I think I'm done with the relationship set up, and can finally put some things in motion. It's all about the context you know? Because sometimes if you don't have it, and something happens, to me it just appears as if it was out of left field.
