Doubtless, music is a great passion of mine. I am one of those people who would rather lose sight than have to live in a world of silence (if given a choice: I'm pretty happy with th way I am). Passion, inspiration, and all related uplifiting/returning emotions take on the strangest forms at the strangest times. I have to say that at these times, you should take the Beast outside or in whatever garage space you have and practice there away from those sleeping people. Practicing at 6AM is nice as well, because then you use practicing as a timer to until you have to go.
Just keep going, move on, break it down. And all that jazz, if I've made any sense.
