I think school is pushing me into that apathy again. And I'm not even through a week of it yet.

I slept for about 45 minutes last night, though that's not too strange. I haven't slept for more than four hours each night for the past week or so. I'm afraid to drink coffee, which is sad because I'm a coffee person. When school starts up I'll get to sleep in an extra half hour. I wish I had something more interesting to say.

I don't like camping.
I don't like being avoided.
I don't like having to work.
I don't like having a headache every day.
I don't like that my brakes aren't doing so well.

They've closed the bridge on Center St. and it will be closed for 90 days. Sweet. Now I have to go the long way to school for three months.

I want a bunny.

So, I've been pretty sick lately. I haven't been able to speak in a few days and the doctor couldn't tell me what was wrong. But, he did prescribe me some new meds. One of these pills I have to take are basically horse pills and make my head feel a little funny, but it makes my throat hurt less. I have to work tomorrow night, hopefully my voice ( Read more... )

I spent the weekend at Kelley's Island. I am burned and exhausted. A lot of time was spent arguing with one another, or sitting awkwardly as Rachel argued with everyone in her family. I've had a copy of the latest Harry Potter book reserved for a while, but I realized that I will be at Kelley's Island when it is released. So, I won't be able to begin reading it until Sunday evening. I'm almost positive that in those 24 hours someone will have already read the ending and will be giving it away. There are several hours in each day that can't be filled with anything other than my cynical thoughts. There are days when I can do nothing but wish I was anywhere but here. My summer lifestyle is draining me to the point of mindnumbing exhaustion, and I can't even say I'm having fun. I can't go out at night very often, my friends find better ( Read more... )

Sometimes my clock confuses morning and night. It tells me it's 12 in the morning. I'm pretty sure it's not. I mean, the sun is sort of out and my family is awake. I hope it doesn't get confused when I have my alarm set. Waking up at 6:15 in the evening sounds nice, but not so good for that whole school thing.
