The Basics
Name: Heather Rae
Age: 20
Describe the meaning or significance in your username: For the longest time Selphy was my nickname. In middle school I was very much into Final Fantasy VIII and my friends said I reminded them of Selphie, but with everything I do, I had to be different, so I started spelling it with a Y and it kinda stuck. The kitty comes from my obsession with catboys/girls when I was younger. I have long since gotten over that obsession. ^.^
Favorite color: Pink and Yellow, I like everything girly.
Do you give orders or simple follow what's given to you? Well, I like to give orders and I like to take charge. BUT, I am very submissive and can take orders that are given to be rather well.
Is the glass half full or half empty? Half Full, you always have to look at the bright side in life or things will always seem dark.
Your favourite drink is? Sweet Green tea, or Rum and Coke!~ ^.~
Smoking. Yes or no? I don't smoke, it makes it hard for me to breath. But, I don't mind those who smoke, some of my friends do and my parents do.
Scraping the Surface
What are your interests? Sewing, Cosplay, Music, Coloring, Reading, Boys, Manga, Video Games, Anime, Song Lyrics, Sailor Moon, NANA, Bleach, Vampires oh, and did I say boys? ^.~
What are your pet peeves? Oh man, pants that are too short annoy the hell outta me. o.O Oh, and people who think they are better then me/you because of certain things.
What are your hobbies? Special talents? Sewing/Cosplay and Singing. I am very adimate about cosplay, it is a passion of mine and a great way to have fun with friends. BUT, music is my life. I sing in a band (we are just getting started) and I generally sing all the time!! Can't get me to shut up. If there is music, I will sing! ^.~
Your strengths lie in… and why? Friendship. My friends are my life, I would do anything for them. While this may seem like a strange strength it is one of mine. I am always there for them, to be emotinal support they can tell me anything and I would go to the end of the world for them.
Your weaknesses are… and why? I am very clingy. I get very attached, and when I am seperated from the person or thing I am attached to I get upset and depressed. This is exspecially hard for me now that I am in college. All my friends are away and it is hard for me to cope with the fact that I can't just get in my car and drive to them.
Digging a little Deeper
Who do you admire (whether it be fictitious or real life) and why? Oh man, this list will get long, but I will refer to my friends by their real names as to not confuse anyone.
Stephanie - She is my other half, the Nana to my Hachi. She is my piller of strenth and is always there for me. She knows everything there is to know about me and she still accepts me. She never looks down on people, she is just an all around great person. She isn't afraid to fight for what she wants and I <3 her because of that.
Holly - Maybe the cutest person on this planet, and maybe the nicest too. She gives such great advice and is always there for me. She can't say a mean thing about a person and I admire her because of it. She is just FANTASTICLY FANTASTIC!!!
Jenny - Gosh, where to start. She is such a selfless person. She is always putting other people's happiness before her own, even if she derserves to be happy just as much as they do. She is a great friend and I know she would do anything for me. I <3 her!!!!~~
What do you look for in a friend and why? I look for someone who will listen to me, and understands me. Someone who will never judge me and who will accept me dispite all my flaws.
If you were in a rock band, which position would you play and why? I would be the singer. I love to sing, it is such a great creative outlet for me!!~~ <3
How would your ideal room/apartment look like and why? Something small and cozy, with plenty of wall space for my random fangirly posters and maybe more then one closet for all my cloths. My IDEAL apartment would be with my best friend, I KNOW we would have a blast living together.
If you were a piece of jewelry what would you be and why? A necklace. I think necklaces are so beautiful and elegant, I am completely obsessed with them and wear more then one almost everyday.
From the Manga
Who is your favorite character and why? Nana Komatsu. I can so easily relate to her, her and I share the same outlook on life and relationships. Weather that be a good or bad thing.
Who is your least favorite character and why? Oh gosh, I used to hate Takumi, but I guess he has grown on me because of Nana K. He is such an asshole to her and I can't stand it. I also HATE Yuri, see below for that reason.
Your favorite pairing? And why? Nana K and Nobu. I really think they are ment for each other, they are so adorable together.
Your favorite relationship? And why? Well, not as a couple, but as a friendship type relationship. Nana and Yasu. I love the way he protects her, and how she always turns to him whenever she needs anything.
