Well, as they say truth is a two-edged sword. It can reveal but it can wound too. But you're right, ultimately it makes the receiver of truth a stronger person. The problem is when that person isn't ready to accept the truth or even consider it. They can be bitchy. ^^

Besides, sometimes you sacrifice truth for a secret.
