Okay oddly enough LJ is no longer reading any quizzes on my posts, but I did that one that says which cities suit you, and I got:

Really! I could see you as a California girl. San Francisco is neat- I like the Japanese gardens best

it sounds awesome--never hot, never cold, can still go swimming with a wetsuit, lots of diverse cultures, very liberal, tons of artists and musicians (and therefor more people to play with), golden gate park, public transportation... only the cost of living is outrageous so we'd have to get great jobs.

Okay, crescent cookies:

1 c ground almonds
1 1/4 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1/2 cup butter
egg yolk (for double batch, just use 1 whole egg)

shape into vague and lumpy crescent-moon shapes
bake 20-30 min.

yum. I usually make a double batch.
