So we got a new manager at work. He's a diiiiick. And not only is he a dick, but he's a passive aggressive dick. Like, he's super nice when you work with him, but then he goes and does dick things when no-one's watching

You should write to your district manager and be like look your employee is on his own agenda and not properly scheduling people, do something about him.
