You need to just worry about getting yourself well and f88k tha biatches.
And everyone else.
Jim sounds really sweet for trying so hard, you are very lucky with him.
Kiss him for me and tell him his fan club in Ga just upped him a notch. ;)
Try not to sress too much about the surgery if you need it. There is a woman I work with who is in her early 60's and had back surgery last year, steel stuff put in and then some kind of cement. Was crazy. Actually was 2 surgeries and everything was ok. She was out of work for like 4 weeks with one (the cement) and 6 or 8 with the other. It is coming up on a year and she's SOOOO much better.
You have more strength than you know. And with Jim on board.... well, you should relax. (I've lots of faith in that man.. ;)
Sides, this will give you time to read all my lifetime stories. And man are they gettin interestin. LOL
I lubs you twin!!!

You have to remember that while your Aunt is going through an awful time, part of your depression is due to the pain you feel for her. You're going through and awful time at the moment and the back pain sounds miserable. I really really hope the surgery isn't to extensive but that it's an option so you can get back on track. (Whoops, scuse the pun sorry!)
I'm really glad that Jim is trying so hard and that your boss at least has been great. I'd imagine a day in your shoes would put any doubts to rest for the idiots you work with. Hold your head up high, if they have to scathe at someone who is in constant pain they really must have very empty lives!!
I really hope things are looking up for you soon Nancy!!
