What a frustrating day I had yesterday! It all started with the Internet not working and after 10 minutes with an Internet service operator I finally threw up my hands (and the phone) and decided to call my other grandson for help. As someone who often refers to electronic devices as 'thingies', I feel your pain, Nancy. I think the worst part is that these days it's not always possible to rely on the customer service folks to help you or to fix a problem.

I am tired of having to learn new things all the time, then not knowing how to fix them if they stop working. When I bought a cell phone on the weekend, I was tempted to buy this one.

You're so right Ang.....learning new things and then not being able to fix them when things go wrong - and they ALWAYS do!! In my post, I meant to write"how many times can you bang your head against a wall "WITHOUT)" doing serious damage. But I'm sure you caught that... lol!
