That was way fun--it's hard to do Whoniverse casefic well, but this totally worked! Also the bit about space crabs vs. lobsters.

Ha, thanks! Space crabs, space lobsters, they both go well with butter and lemon.

Ooh, cool. I haven't had a chance to read any of these yet, but more Canton is always cause for rejoicing.

He is! Thank you again for all your help on the other Canton fic. If you check by the AO3 post, a lot of people really seemed to like it, and I know much of that was due to your assistance. So yay!

You're much too kind - it was my pleasure. I'm looking forward to rereading it once I manage to clear my desktop of this heap of steaming, stinking ... international reports.

This was fun! tymewyse September 26 2013, 20:16:01 UTC
I love the complete change in styles and POV when switching to Canton's experience. Really jarring in just the right way. And I was so sad at first, so the ending was a relief. I'm going to assume all works out okay. Don't mind me. I love the colour of the sky in my world. ;) I'm always up for a good domestic fic but your team/case fics are just so good. I am in a constant state of awe and wonder at how you keep everyone straight in your head.

(PS: I noticed a single typo: "everything was quite and eerie".)

Ooo, thanks for that. *goes to edit*

Yes, it all works out okay. Bit of an AU from the last one: Lou's at the door, and they figure things out.
