Thank you! I was hesitant to change canon too much at first. The only change in the canon originally was going to be Reid not coming to Oakdale until he was called in for Damian but then I just kinda started going crazy with ignoring canon. "Well, I like Maddie better than Katie so . . .yeah, she'll be Reid's roommate."

Maddie and Reid! I like this pairing. And Maddie being pissy with Katie, Noah and Alison was pretty darn cool. :D

Thanks! I remember a scene after Gwen and Maddie buried Adam and Maddie got all pissy and mean with Jade and I thought that aspect of her would be fun to play with.

Thank you! Not only do I like Maddie more than I liked Katie, I thought the idea of Reid being roommates with someone so much younger [Luke's age - ha ha] was funny. I did like the relationship with Katie and Reid [until near the end] and I hate to lose Reid's relationship with Jacob but Maddie is awesomesauce.

Hope I get to the next chapter tonight, but I love the idea of Maddie being the roommate. She is an intelligent snarky sort herself. LOL Skipper.

Thanks very much! And it's even worse to think about what Noah did to Maddie when you remember that she was just so heartbroken about Casey breaking up with her.
