Day 1 on Weight Watchers

I am starting today to track points. Created a recipe for my iced coffee. I'm really unprepared food wise. The kitchen is still in chaos and I've only got odds and ends in the fridge. I have to change my order for Greenling today also. This first week will just be getting used to the system again. We'll see how it goes.

The best of luck to you! I found my metabolism got a *huge* boost out of eating lots of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains almost exclusively for a couple of weeks. That and hula hooping! Almonds are a lifesaver: they have some sort of chemical property that fools your body into thinking it's had a lot more carbs than it really has. Good for late night snacks: helps prevent the painful morning hunger I get if I ate too many carbs the night before.
