I'm still plugging away at my diet. I've lost another 11 pounds since my last update on facebook and with 1 more pound I'll be 229. This last week I dropped out of the Morbidly Obese category to just Obese per the US Government. Still love the Medifast

Congrats!! That's great progress!!

Yeah, the body changing shape thing is weird. I was built quite differently after my first, and then even more so after my second. Who knows what body lurks under the rest of the weight I need to lose! hehehe
