I've never been to a public real estate auction before. But I really want this house. Its located on the same street my parents live, and when my grandmother was living, she lived 2 houses away from here. At the bottom of the street is the old elementary school I went to as a child. Thank you for commenting. You're information was very helpful! The house is old.. probably needs updating but I don't know since its been maybe 10 years ago since I've been inside. I'll definitely need mortgage approval letters, and a large amount of cash for downpayment at the auction if I win. As for inspection.. I may not have time to do that. Perhaps others will? I can't imagine it needing inspecting multiple times anyway. Gosh, I just don't know if I can pull it all off. My boyfriend lives in another state (800 miles away! we were hoping of finally living together, provided we find a house.) will not be here until this Saturday, so I'm almost kinda on my own on this one. And it may slip through my fingers, just because of time restraints if nothing else.
