it's so noisy I can't stand it.
how do I reduce the noise of my power supply unit?
maybe I should give my dad this box and use my old one again, at least it was QUIET.

buy a new PSU, silent one :)
about 60-80 for a decent one i think
i'm using superflower 500w silent atm, looks good and is quiet :)

this one is brand new though - coolermaster power extreme 550w. hmm.. methinks my bro should take it back to msy.

sure it's the psu not the cpu fan making the racket? :D
some people have reported that the power extreme 120mm fan is "noisy as sin" haha
super flower can be got at MSY for about aud 95 i believe
