What happened to all that you promised me on our journey together?
Was that a lie? Are you in love with the power more then me?
Didn’t I tell you how much you meant to me? How much I care for you?
All I wanted was to run after you!
I was just pretending everything was alright; I was just trying to be tough! Like always..
"Please Ling come back", that was what my eyes screamed and I screamed deep inside.
Was it Greed, Greed that stopped you?! I hate Greed...
All I wanted was to get you back, the old, kind, happy carefree Ling.
That Ling I first fell in love with. That goof that wouldn’t stop hugging me and cling to me. Always saying we were the best of friends, even though I said we were not. But knew deep inside I felt something else.
Now I’m here, on the roof of my old childhood home. Thinking of you, wishing you could be here with me watching the sunset..
You would have laid you head down on my shoulder and said something real stupid and cheese. But that’s why I love you. Because you were always yourself.. Never pertaining to be someone else.
Now you’re someone else, because you accepted him…
