on 60 minutes interviews

Oh, Anton Scalia...

When he's hurting you in order to get information from you he's *punishing* you for not giving him information, for not complying with his wishes. And since that would then be a punishment imposed prior to trial, it would be a violation of the 5th amendment in addition to the 8th.

You know, just a thought.

Fucker.

Wow! Here I thought I was simply angry and obnoxious and that possibly I shouldn't be allowed to watch 60 Minutes... :)

How are you, oh person who never, ever posts?

Sometimes I think only people like yourself should be allowed to watch 60 Minutes.

I'm good alhamdulillah, finishing up med school in a few months and studying for my next set of board exams. Meanwhile, my wife is working hard and taking her police dept physical exam in a week (pray for her to pass, she really wants that job). Life is moving both so slowly and so quickly that it's dizzying; I had two grandparents die in April who I was really close to. School is ending and suddenly I feel like I have to really face the adult-nonstudent world that I've neglected so long. Meanwhile people are getting married, getting divorced, having kids and being childish. So I'm good, just worried about everyone else.

Sorry, you asked how I was, and it's been an interesting time. When are you and Dan coming to Chicago again? Please let me know early so we can meet up with yall.

I'm actually in Chicago with Reid and Annamarie right now, and will be until Monday (Daniel is in Kalamazoo for Medieval Congress). That's probably not enough notice for you, but if you happen to be unaccountably bored tomorrow my number is six zero eight nine five seven nine four one five.

Longer reponse otherwise likely to follow once I'm home.
