Second Is The Best, Part 2

...

Biowulf stood up from where he had been resting on his bench chair.  It felt right.  When someone entered the room, you were supposed to greet them. Well, maybe not always, but, for Six he would.  He deserved that much.  Actually, he reasoned that Six deserved a lot more, all things considered, but he was willing to do small favors in the meantime.

Biowulf quickly made sure to sit down after Six entered the room.  He’d rather not risk embarrassing himself with Six being in that particular condition.  He settled himself back on his chair bench.  He settled himself down and motioned to its mate with his head, silently inviting his visitor to sit.

Six seemed to sense that something was off with the E.V.O., but he pulled up the strange extra chair.

“I hope I’m not intruding,” Six offered apologetically.

“Hrffffffffff.  You never are, you know,” Biowulf rumbled quietly.

That sent a blush to Six’s cheeks for some reason.  He cleared his throat and wiped a feverish sweat off his brow.  The back of his hand suddenly had a sickeningly sweet scent.

“Good then.  I...I wanted to ask a favor of you.  Well, I wanted to talk to you and then ask a favor of you,”

Six shifted himself on the bench chair, trying to find a way to sit on it without looking awkward or falling off.

“Do you know what is happening to me right now?  I’m what Van Kleiss calls ‘receptive.’  I’m in heat.  You can probably smell it, can’t you?” he asked.

Biowulf gave a short snort of breath and bobbed his head in a nod, but said nothing.  He wasn’t sure how Six felt about it.  For himself at least, it was a little distracting and that was putting it politely.

“It means my body is ready, that it wants to create a life again...but Van Kleiss doesn’t have anything set up this time and I want it to be different this time.  I haven’t...there hasn’t been anyone...I haven’t been with anyone since I came here,” Six confessed, voice a little strained.  A faded memory of Knight popped into his head.  It always did when he thought about it or brought it up.  It was unavoidable.  He shoved that memory deep down somewhere out of the way.  He didn’t need that right now, not with what he was going to propose.

Biowulf looked him over, sensing unease in his rival.  Is this what it had come down to?  Six was lonely?  Why would he be telling him about it unless....oh....ohhhh.

“Biowulf, I know...you have...feelings for Van Kleiss.  Has he ever acted on that?  He has to know, right?  I can see it.  He has to, too,”

“Hrrrrnnnn,” Biowulf huffed, ready to snap that he was unworthy of his master’s attentions, or that Van Kleiss had better things to do.  However, nothing came up to defend with.  Yes, Van Kleiss had said certain things, made physical contact on a multitude of occasions, however, it hadn’t gone past that.  Biowulf had come to accept that that was just how his master was.  He was content to serve him until the end for all he had done.  If he decided to reward him in some way along the line, that was fine, too...for him.  He just suddenly felt embarrassed, as if the entire world could see how devoted he was and how is affections were not returned, or if they were, it was just so that Van Kleiss could manipulate him into doing what he wanted.  His master never needed to do that.  He only had to ask.

Six got up and placed a hand on Biowulf’s armored shoulder.  He didn’t judge the E.V.O. for his loyalty or his affections and he wanted him to know that.  He actually thought higher of him because of it.  Six hadn’t met any other E.V.O.s...or many humans for that matter, who had that kind of loyalty.  It was a little romantic, he had to admit.  He felt the lupine tense under his touch, unsure of what Six’s intentions were all of a sudden.

“Don’t worry.  Don’t be ashamed about it.  It isn’t bad.  It isn’t silly and it isn’t anything to be made light of, Biowulf.  You and I are both in love with someone who either can’t or won’t satisfy us.  It may not even be their fault, but some cruel twist of fate...but...there isn’t anyone else I’ve met in my time here in Abysus that I’d rather have father my next child.  It would mean a lot if you would do me the honor...in person...and not through a syringe or petri dish,”

Biowulf turned his head to the side, as if trying to understand just what Six was asking of him.  Six sensed the question hanging in the air.  The E.V.O. wanted him to directly ask it of him.  He’d learned to read Biowulf over the years and he was clearly waiting for a direct request.

“I’m asking you to mate with me, Biowulf.  However it is you do it, I want it,”

Biowulf shifted his weight.  He wasn’t sure how to respond to that.  He was honored on one hand.  This was the man who had saw fit to spare him in the beginning when there was no cure...only eliminate and destroy.  He’d been trying to pay him back for years, but nothing he did ever seemed enough.  Perhaps this was it.  This was something infinitely more personal than making the man a snug little nest could ever be.  On the other hand, he could not be sure if it was really Six that was asking, or if it was the man’s nanites telling him it was what he wanted.  If it was the latter, it made Biowulf very uncomfortable.

Six saw the look.  After years of being held in Abysus, he could also read Biowulf’s body language like a book.

“I’ve been thinking about this for quite some time, Biowulf.  This isn’t a spur of the moment decision brought on by a surge of nanite filled hormones.  I appreciate that you’d think about that.  See?  See what that is?  That’s a trace of humanity and it is the best kind.  It isn’t a weakness, it is a genuinely good thing and I want my child to have the capacity for that.  Don’t you see?  You’re the only one here who can give me that and I know that it is honest.  You’re loyal, protective, brave, fierce, and you...you know how to love things.”

Biowulf let out a long breath in a huff and eased himself up into a sitting position, getting a nose full of Six’s sweet scent along the way.   The E.V.O. was unsure of what to say.  He’d done a lot for Six over the years that he had been kept in Abysus.  He’d looked out for him, made him comfortable...because he was important to him.  He’d wanted to repay kindness and mercy that was shown to him, but could this finally be the time?  Besides...had Six ever seen him without his armor?  Biowulf wasn’t normally self conscious about his appearance, but it had been years since he had been intimate with anyone other than himself.

Six knew what was under the armor.  He could understand his companion’s apprehensions.  Biowulf wasn’t human, anywhere, really.   The lupine wad traces of humanity left, but they were hints at what had been.  It didn’t matter to Six.

He began to feel up the side of Biowulf’s armor, looking for the hidden catch.  He found it without much effort and it released the same way.  He felt the lupine inhale sharply at the air that hit his skin.  Neither of them touched the mask.  That didn’t come off, not without Van Kleiss.  He knew it was off limits.  Six sidled up closer to him and placed a hand on the E.V.O.’s stomach.  It was warm, leathery and tightly muscled.  Six’s fingers ran over it carefully, picking up all the little indentations and the differences between the muscle, the nanite variations, and the scar tissue.  Well, that was something they had in common.  The agent found the hitch on Biowulf’s lower armor and it slid away without any resistance.  The lupine himself seemed to be relaxing as well, his body language becoming more open and his muscles slacking a little.  It gave the human more access.

Six’s hand dipped lower and he felt Biowulf tense under him.  Sure enough, Biowulf wasn’t human anywhere.  Six left a trail of light kisses down the E.V.O.’s muscled stomach and his hand softly massaged Biowulf’s thigh.     Exploring fingers brushed against the sheath that sat squarely between the E.V.O.’s legs.  A few more teasing strokes and the lupine’s member began to peek out of its protective covering.   Biowulf’s breath hitched and Six heard a very faint whine come from his throat as Six’s hand grasped the lupine’s member in his hand and lightly squeezed before slowly starting to pump it with swift, calculated motions.  The man’s ministrations were definitely having an effect on the E.V.O.  Crimson eyes were unfocused and clouded.  His breathing was deep an rhythmic as his inhuman heart began to pump heated blood faster than normal.  He felt Biowulf’s member swell in his hand and the smell of cotton candy in his own nose became overwhelming.  The lupine’s hips bucked a little and Six smiled in an almost feline way.

Languidly, Six slid off the chair and rested on the floor for a moment, feeling dizzy from the sudden rush of hormones.  Biowulf rumbled lowly Six planted another trail of kisses across the lupine’s inner thigh.   Once he had the path worked out, he licked the same trail with the flat of his tongue.  It fueled his vigor when he felt the E.V.O. shudder beneath his attentions.  Without hesitation, he went to work.  He always did have an oral fixation.  His tongue traced circles up and down the sides of Biowulf’s member before taking the end into his mouth and sucking the head hard.  He used variations of feathery lickings and fierce suction in alternating successions.  Six released the member from his mouth and licked it from base to tip, sided to side.  Then, he took it in his mouth again and hummed, his own variation on the low rumble that was coming from Biowulf’s chest.  There was a strained grunt from Biowulf and Six had to be careful to avoid another particularly sudden round of hip bucking.

“Six,”

It was a single word gasped with and underlying canine whine.  It was desperate and heated and everything Six wanted and needed to hear at that exact moment.  He slowly withdrew his attentions, dragging his tongue slowly over, across, and eventually off of the E. V.O.’s member.  Meanwhile, Biowulf was panting and rumbling and now that Six took the time to look, he was more than a little aroused.

A wave of pheromones came flooding off of Six and he felt damp in several places, but he paid it no mind.  There was an uncanny hunger burning inside him and his body was practically screaming for it knowing that it was going to be sated after weeks of waiting and suffering the throes of an insufferable heat.

He cleared his throat and stood up.  Six unbuttoned his shirt and removed it, revealing numerous scars that dotted his lower abdomen.  His fingers ran over them sensually.  He could identify all of them.  Who came out of which scar, when, and if they had loved him or not.  As he traced the scars, he found that the smell he was putting out was actually becoming stronger because he could readily identify it as a cross between honeysuckle and cotton candy.  It was sickeningly sweet and yet somehow very enticing.  Earlier he had been embarrassed by it, but now...now it seemed to only arouse him, to make him more aware of the carnal animal hunger that seemed to be burning him up inside.  There was something else going on, too, but he couldn’t quite place what it was just yet. He was a little distracted by something else.

Interestingly, he was also picking up a smell that he was not emitting.  It was deep, heady and musky.  Something like tobacco and patchouli, earthy and primal was wafting its way into his nostrils and making him flush.  The mysterious stirring inside him continued and seemed to wriggle its way somewhere he hadn’t felt it before.  Somewhere deep inside him that hadn’t been touched by anyone in years.  It sent a shudder through his whole body.    Heat burned at Six’s flesh, making every light touch of his own fingers almost unbearably arousing.  He barely managed to get his pants of without seizing himself, but he managed it.  When he did, there was a surge of his unique scent and he noticed something...sticky?  wet?  both?    Meanwhile, Biowulf had gone curiously silent while that musky scent was becoming more and more pungent.  It wasn’t unpleasant, just noticeable.  Six carefully removed and folded his sunglasses, placing them on the bedside table.

There was a deep rumbling from somewhere inside the lupine E.V.O. that Six had never heard before, he turned his head around slightly, eyebrow raised.

“Biowufffffffffffnnnnn,”

He was cut off as his face was suddenly buried in a pillow.  Biowulf had tackled him and had launched them both onto the bed in a single, powerful spring of his legs.  The E.V.O. had him pinned against the mattress face down.  Six wondered if perhaps he had made a poor decision for a moment before Biowulf squeezed his legs together on either side of Six’s waist.  Sharp claws ran up and down Six’s sides, dragging slowly across his flesh.  Hot breath was exhaled sharply out of Biowulf’s mask and onto the back of Six’s neck.  The pronged end of the E.V.O.’s mask pressed against his skin and drug down, making the hairs on Six’s arms stand on end. Biowulf rumbled deeply and Six could feel the vibration from the vocalization terribly exciting.  He felt himself get pulled up against the lupine’s well muscled torso.  Clawed hands crisscrossed across the former assassin’s belly, brushing sensitive scar tissue and eliciting a gasp from Six and a more throaty growl from Biowulf in response.

The E.V.O. began to rock against the human, his grip tightening as clawed hands pulled up to cup Six’s buttocks in his hands.  The lupine continued to rock against Six in measured, rhythmic grinds until the palms resting on Six’s rear clenched as much as they could without drawing blood.

The former assassin gasped as he felt them pushed away from each other and something pressed against his opening.  Six could swear he felt something in his body click, almost as if signaling that, yes, it was ready for what was coming.    He groaned in anticipation as he felt the E.V.O.’s muscles tense, ready to spring like a fine tuned machine.  Those prongs on the end of Biowulf’s mask were jammed down into the flesh of his neck in a mock mating bite and with a well timed thrust, Biowulf was inside of him.  Six gave a breathy cry of pained pleasure at the intrusion.  It seemed a lot easier than he thought it would be...and a lot less painful than it should be without some form of lubrication.  It actually felt like there was something...and in an instant, Six could identify the mysterious goo in his shorts.  Those damn nanites could think of producing lubrication, but the children he birthed had to be cut out of him?  What sense did that-

Six was cut off in his train of thought by another “bite” to the back of his neck.  Cool metal touched searing skin and it was almost like electricity shot up and down Six’s entire body.  The E.V.O. thrust again, driving himself in deeper before pausing, seemingly waiting for some kind of signal.  Six huffed, sucking in cool air and allowing his body to adjust to the feel of everything.  It took a moment for him to realize he was shaking.  Six swallowed, feeling the connection between himself and Biowulf and tried to force the quaking to stop.  He managed to ease it a little, but it was still there.  There was a low, inquisitive rumble from his partner.

“D-Don’t stop, just...don’t stop,” Six panted.

Biowulf didn’t need to be told twice.  At the request, he was back to thrusting and lightly clawing, leaving red traces across Six’s belly.  With each lunge, there was a well timed snarl that vibrated against Six’s heated skin.  It was so much sensory overload.  It had been years since anyone other than himself had touched him in that way, much less had drawn out intimate encounters with him.  A particularly rough shove from behind him coupled with two claws ghosting over his nipples made Six see an explosion of stars behind his eyes.

It was so strong, so fierce, but there wasn’t any ill will behind it at all, just a driven, animal insistence.  It was wild and shoved any decorum to the wind.  A particularly angled thrust rubbed against something undeniably pleasurable inside of Six and he audibly gasped before he ground against Biowulf as much as he could in his position.  His hand reached for his member and he gasped as he felt how impossibly hot and hard he was.  As he tightened his grip on his shaft, he could feel the blood pulsing through it.  A precisely timed thrust from the E.V.O. at his back pressed up against something deep inside him that caused his manhood to throb even harder against his fingers.  He cried out a little in pained, but somehow impossibly blissful pleasure as a few drips of liquid escaped from the end of his shaft and dribbled down his fingers.  Six was hardly coherent at all anymore.  It was all too much for him to contain, he felt like all the feelings and sensations were bubbling up inside him and spilling out over his hormone heated skin.  All of a sudden, it was all perfect and Six’s nerves felt as if every inch of them were illuminated with a blissful explosion of ecstasy that rocked his body so hard that he fell limp against the sheets, panting and spent.

At the human’s climax, Biowulf placed a palm squarely against Six’s chest and lifted him up, pressing Six against his own chest so he could feel the man’s thundering heartbeat and Six could feel his.  The organ thudded inside its owner’s chest so hard that Six sensed its vibrations on his own tingling flesh. Biowulf held him there until he gave a final deep rumble before tensing up, fur bristled on end as the E.V.O.’s own release came and Six felt his partner’s member quiver inside him.  The lupine E.V.O. did not withdraw at first, though he eased down onto the bed beside Six, one long arm draped protectively over the smaller human.

The growling Biowulf made now was a dreamy kind of trill.  He took deep breaths through his mask and softly brushed against Six’s skin with the toothlike prongs on the front of it.  The E.V.O. even brushed a stray bit of hair behind Six’s ear with them.  Six snuggled up against him, feeling, for the first time in years, safe and protected.  He felt that in his own way, he had rebelled against Van Kleiss and somehow found some affection, which he’d longed for.

Biowulf carefully withdrew before nuzzling the back of Six’s neck with his mask.  Six reached up and took the hand that was draped over him in his own and found his eyes were burning with quickly escaping tears and there was a sob trying desperately to  emerge from his throat.  He managed to stifle it a little, but it was still evident he had made an unpleasant sound.

There was a whimper from Biowulf.

“Have I hurt you, Six?”

His tone was concerned, his post-coital touches and grooming, it was all too much.  It was exactly what Six had been craving, what he had been physically longing for.  It was some semblance of his life before all this madness.  It was a painful reminder, but it was comforting and familiar, too.  Knight was also a cuddler after the fact as well.  Their lovemaking had always been rough, but their afterglow had always been tender and comforting.

Six shook his head.

“No, no it was perfect.  Thank you.  You did everything perfectly, thank you,”

It was all he could think of to say as the two laid there in the bed, Six clinging to Biowulf’s arm, hugging it to his chest like a child clinging to a teddy bear.  He pressed his face into the scarred, leathery skin and just clung to it, deeply breathing in the fading scent of patchouli and tobacco that was dispersing. The arm pulled itself closer to its owner, who reached around with his other arm and held Six in an embrace.

“I am not going anywhere.  I’m right here.  I’m going to stay right here,”

It was a deep, vibrating rumble.

Biowulf was warm.  His skin was leathery and his fur was soft...it was comforting.

Six felt safe, protected, wanted...and respected.

It was like with Knight before, he reasoned.  They had been friends...rivals even, before they had been lovers.  That history supported what they became later and Six was ready to have that again.  He hugged Biowulf’s arm and curled up against the lupine’s smooth, muscular chest and let his eyes flutter closed dreamily, drifting off to sleep in the afterglow.
