I use Burt's Bees "The Defender" Hand Salve. It's oily as all fuck, but it works wonders. I put it on my hands before I go to sleep and then sleep with gloves on (I have a real problem with them being that I spend 10 hours a week with my hands in soapy water that DESTROYS them) and it's pretty much magical. You could slap some of that on your elbows and then put bandaids over them while you're just around your dorm or something?
