I think I was wrong. Doing this feels way more stupid than simply talking to you in my head. I’m sure that it stems from my lack of ability to feel confident in pretty much anything I do, but. Seriously.

Alright, let's do this thing.
Today was ok. I didn't sleep well, I had the dream again.
It's getting close to that day; two weeks, exactly.
You would be turning 36.
It's hard to believe it's been almost 25 years.
You've been gone so much longer than you were here and still, I miss you. Every day.
And still, I wish it had been me, every day.
